The Utah Program for Pediatric Personalized Medicine (UPEPM) seeks to integrate diagnosis, discovery, and treatment into a single center that can reach every needful child and family. Over 3 years, UPEPM will offer combines clinical / research WGS for infants and children (~4,000 proband/year); life-long access and cloud storage or sequence data; leveraging of sequence-Electronic Health Record (EHR)-pedigree data; and personalized therapy identification.
