Sensory neuropathy is a degenerative disease that affects primary afferent neurons emanating from dorsal root ganglia and is associated with pain and the eventual loss of sensation. This project will build mouse and induced pluripotent stem cell models and leverage them to investigate new mechanistic inquiries of sensory neuropathy.
